You can now create and match multiple entries for imported bank transactions in a single workflow.

Selecting multiple transactions from the Review Bank Transactions page provides an option to batch create Contact Payments, Contact Expenses, or Firm Payments. PracticePanther automatically prefills available details from the bank transaction such as payor, amount, date and notes, helping you create entries faster. Shared details, such as the contact, matter, or payment method, can be applied across the selected transactions to reduce repetitive data entry.

This makes bank reconciliation significantly faster, particularly for firms that process a high volume of transactions.

The Billing Analysis Report now provides a more complete view of billing attorney and originating attorney performance.

Summary cards now include Worked Hours alongside billed information, giving you immediate visibility into each user’s activity based on the filters applied.

A new Originated By option lets you group summary and detail results by each matter’s originating attorney. Firms can now review worked hours, billed hours, worked amounts, and billed amounts for every originating attorney in one report.

New Billed By Summary and Originated By Summary export options make it easier to analyze and share billing performance outside of PracticePanther. Exports include per-user results, overall totals, and any filters applied to the report.

You can now use the Contacts batch edit flow to set multiple contacts as Active or Archived at once. This also makes it easy to restore archived contacts without updating each record individually.
