PracticePanther allows you to receive notifications of matter and contacts, even if you're not directly assigned to them.
To do so, click on the 'star' button, in the matter or contact.
What Happens Now?
Now that you've started following the contact you'll receive live notifications on the top right hand corner within PracticePanther. To unfollow, simply click on the star again and you won't get notifications for that specific contact.
