How to reauthenticate your Zapier account to PracticePanther again when you receive error message:
“Problem retrieving Dropdown.
app.practicepanther.com returned (400) Bad Request and said "unsupported_grant_type"
To resolve this Zapier error, follow these easy steps:
1) Log into Zapier.com
2) Click your name on the top right, then click “Connected Accounts”.
3. On the PracticePanther account app, click “Reconnect”.
4. Click “Grant Access” in the next screen to re-establish a connection.
What happens now?
That’s it! Your bridge between PracticePanther and Zapier should now work without hesitation.
