To send text message reminders to your clients, follow the steps below:

1) Add your client's phone number to the "Mobile" field on the contact.

Note: Only the number in the "Mobile" field will receive the text message reminder.


2) Click on "New" at the top, select "Task’ or ‘Event".


3) Scroll down to the Reminders option and click on "+Add a Reminder"


4) Select "Text message" and the amount of time you wish this reminder to occur in. 

5) Next to "Attendees" on the bottom, be sure to select your client from the "Contacts" dropdown list shown. Then hit "Save".

What happens now?

The contact you selected will now receive text messages reminders on the task and/or event you created.
