How to Export from Outlook Online/Microsoft 365:

Please note that this option only allows you to download an ICS file. That is fine. We can convert to the format we need.

1. First, go to the settings icon in the top right corner and select "options" from the drop-down menu.

2. Next, make sure the drop-down menu under "calendar" is opened.

3. Select, "Publish calendar."

4. Select the calendar you want to export. Then decide how much calendar info you want to download. Select "Create." This will give you two options, HTML, or ICS. If you want to download the calendar, click on the ICS link. This will open another window in your browser and on your computer prompting you to save the file.

5. Select "Save" and the calendar should be downloaded to your computer. You can upload or import it after that.
