Matters
1. Navigate to the Reports page.
2. Select Matters and Clients at the top.
3. Click on Matter List.
4. Click on “All” for all the options and then click “View Report”.
5. From the download options, pick “CSV”.
Clients and Contacts
1. Navigate to the Reports page and select Matters and Clients at the top of the page.
2. Select the Clients & Cards option.
3. Click on “All” for all the options.
4. Clear the “creation date” filter and click on Search.
5. Change “SelectedCards” to “AllCards”
6. Change the switch from Excel to CSV.
7. Click on Download.
