Step 1: Create a full backup
When you create a full backup of all your data in CaseFox, the administrator on the account will receive a downloadable link.
Click Settings/Reports in the top right corner.
Select Export All.
Step 2: Export contacts, matters, and/or time and expense entries
Contacts:
You can export your client and case list in Excel format (link on the Dashboard).
On the left side, click Client.
Click All Client List. The All Clients Excel file should start downloading.
Matters:
You can export your client and case list in Excel format (link on the Dashboard).
On the left side, click Cases. The Case Excel file should start downloading
Unbilled time and expenses:
You can export your time and expense entry data in PDF or Excel format. On note display screens, you will see PDF and Excel icons to download time and expense data.
Click into Reports at the top of the screen.
Scroll down and click to download the raw data for each year.
