This week’s release brings greater control and flexibility over bank account management and fund transfers—making it simpler to keep your financial data accurate and your records organized.
Archiving Inactive Bank Accounts and Credit Cards
You can now archive bank accounts that are no longer in use. Archiving helps you keep your account list organized by hiding inactive accounts from being utilized while preserving their historical data for reporting and reconciliation purposes. Archived accounts can be unarchived at any time, if needed.
Transferring Account Balances Across Contacts
You can now edit both the Contact and Matter when transferring funds, making it easier to correct or redirect payments without needing to create separate deposit and withdrawal payments. This is especially useful if you selected the wrong contact on the original payment or if a matter’s linked contact has changed.
AR Aging Reports
We’ve expanded the filter options on the AR Aging by Contact and AR Aging by Matter reports, giving you more ways to customize and refine your report output to match your firm’s specific needs.
Productivity Report
The Productivity report now includes details on Billable hours, Non-Billable hours and Total hours for the selected date range - making it easier to view key insights in addition to your Billed hours.
