To export data from Abacus, follow the instructions below:
In order to be able to export the data from Abacus, you need to have access to the installation folder of Abacus that may exist in either your server desktop or your own desktop.
At the time of the export ALL FIRM MEMBERS MUST BE LOGGED OFF ABACUS
- Visit the installation folder of Abacus and copy the ENTIRE “Abacus” folder. If the folder is too large for you to share, inside of the Abacus folder, copy the "DATA01" folder instead.
- Upload that folder to a shared Dropbox folder. Your PP Customer Success team member will share with you a Dropbox folder if they have not already done so.
Once the upload has been completed, inform your Customer Success Manager so we may begin the migration process.
