To export data from MyCase, follow the instructions below:
In order to export data from MyCase, you must have access to an administrator account
For a full Export, follow the instructions below:
- Click on your Name
- Click on Settings
- Click on Import/Export
- Click on Full Backup
- Click on Create Backup
- Once that has been completed, you will have access to download a ZIP file containing all your data minus account receivable balances.
To generate an export of your AR balances for the instructions below:
- Click on the Reporting Tab
- Click on Account Receivables
- Click on Run Report
- Click on Export Report and export as a CSV
Once the upload has been completed, inform your Customer Success Manager so we may begin the migration process.
