To export data from MyCase, follow the instructions below:

In order to export data from MyCase, you must have access to an administrator account

For a full Export, follow the instructions below:

  1. Click on your Name
  2. Click on Settings
  3. Click on Import/Export
  4. Click on Full Backup
  5. Click on Create Backup
  6. Once that has been completed, you will have access to download a ZIP file containing all your data minus account receivable balances.

To generate an export of your AR balances for the instructions below:

  1. Click on the Reporting Tab
  2. Click on Account Receivables
  3. Click on Run Report
  4. Click on Export Report and export as a CSV

Once the upload has been completed, inform your Customer Success Manager so we may begin the migration process.
