To export data from MyCase, follow the instructions below:
In order to export data from MyCase, you must have access to an administrator account
For a full Export, follow the instructions below:
Click on your Name
Click on Settings
Click on Import/Export
Click on Full Backup
Click on Create Backup
Once that has been completed, you will have access to download a ZIP file containing all your data minus account receivable balances.
To generate an export of your AR balances for the instructions below:
Click on the Reporting Tab
Click on Account Receivables
Click on Run Report
Click on Export Report and export as a CSV
Once the upload has been completed, inform your Customer Success Manager so we may begin the migration process.
