Flat fees, like time entries in PracticePanther, use Items to classify the service done for your client. You can preset your Items with prices so that the price automatically appears in the flat fees you set up.
To preset your flat fee prices, follow the steps below:
1) Click "Billing", and then click "Items".
2) Click "New Item".
3) Enter the Name of the service, the Price per service completed, and set the "USE ITEM PRICE INSTEAD OF HOURLY RATE?" option to "Yes".
4) Click "Save".
What happens now?
When creating a new Flat Fee, you can choose the Item you created and it will automatically populate the price for you.
