How to disable or enable your internal chat feature.

Please note that our internal chat feature is available on all of our subscription plans! To learn more about our plans, simply click here.
To enable or disable the chat feature, follow the steps below:

1) Click on your name on the top right and click "Settings".

2) In the left panel, click "Company Settings".

3) Scroll down to "Use Chat", and toggle to "Yes" or "No". Then, click "Save".

What happens now?

If you set "Yes", the chat box will be on the bottom right as usual. If you set "No", the chat box will disappear altogether, and no longer be visible under the "Support" bubble.
