When you or clients submit an intake form, you may want to make some changes to the submitted form.

To edit submitted forms, follow these steps:

1) Navigate to the Intake form page.

2) Find the intake form you'd like to edit and click "Edit".

3) Make the necessary changes and click "Save" at the bottom.

Note: This will not edit the existing contact and/or matter that was previously submitted.

What happens now?

The intake form you selected will be updated with the new changes.
