Fix your email sync, when some Oulook folders are not showing via LabelSync

Please watch this video or follow the steps below:

Navigate to a contact or matter that is not showing in Outlook and check that email sync is enabled by following these steps:

1) Navigate to the missing contact/matter page
2) In the about tab, click on "Sync Settings" to expand this option.
3) If email sync is set to "No", edit the contact/matter and change it to "Yes".
4) Click "Save".
5) Click here, to sync now!
6) Wait 5-10 minutes for the Outlook PracticePanther folder to update.

If this did not work, follow these additional steps:

Depending on which version of Outlook you are using, you may have to "subscribe" to the folders in Outlook. Please follow these instructions:

1) In Mail, in the Navigation Pane, right-click the top folder for your IMAP account.
2) Click "IMAP Folders".
3) Click "Query".
4) Click a folder, and then click "Subscribe". To select multiple folders, press and hold CTRL as you click folder names (or click the first one, hold shift, and click the last one).

You can also try updating the folder list by doing the following:

1) In Mail, in the Navigation Pane, right-click the top folder for your IMAP account.
2) Click "Update Folder List".
3) Repeat the steps above.
