To show your clients a full trust or operating account ledger on the invoices, follow these steps:

1) On your Settings page, click "Invoice Options".

2) Click "Edit" under the desired invoice template.

3) Scroll down and click "Show More Options".

4) Scroll down until "Account Balance" and make sure the two options for trust and/or operating account balances are turned on.

What happens now?

Your client will see a complete breakdown of all trust and operating account transactions on the bottom of their invoice.
