In some cases, you may not want to sync certain contacts and matters to your email account or document management integration. This guide will teach you how to turn off sync for such contacts and matters.
Follow these steps:
1) Navigate to the contact or matter you would like to disable email sync then click edit.
2) Scroll to the bottom to "Sync Settings"
3) Switch the Email Sync settings to "No" and save.
What happens now?
Now that you've disabled sync for these contacts/matters, the software will not create folders/labels for them in your email.
Note: If you sync a matter to LabelSync, it will also sync the contact label.
