There are a number of different reasons why a transaction failed.
The most common decline messages are Card declined, Insufficient Funds, and Limit exceeded. We recommend the cardholder to call the number listed on the back of their credit card to ask why the transaction has failed. Oftentimes the bank just needs an additional authorization to allow the payment. If this does not work, you will need to ask for another form of payment.
Card Expired: The cardholder should have received a new card in the mail with an updated expiration date or ask for another form of payment.
