The PracticePanther account owner has the rights of their entire account with us. You may need to transfer account ownership to another user because you are leaving your position, or because of other reasons.
To transfer ownership of your account, follow the steps below:
1) Log in to the account owner's PracticePanther account and click on "Settings".
Note: Only the account owner has the authority to transfer account responsibility to another user.
2) Go to "Firm Logo & Info". Find the "Account Owner" field and click the paper and pencil icon.
3) Confirm the warning dialog.
3) Select a new account owner and save.
What happens now?
The drop down list will become selectable and will allow you to choose a new account owner from all your users. Note: Users selected who are in a limited role will become Admins.
