PantherPayments offers transparent, flat transaction fees for payment processing of 2.9% for all credit card transactions and 1% for eCheck transactions. All fees are listed next to each transaction on the payment page.

Beginning Friday, May 21st, 2021 your firm will start getting charged for eCheck and credit card transaction fees once a month instead of on a per payment basis. You’ll still get the pricing transparency you’ve come to expect from PantherPayments — our flat credit card pricing is not changing and you’ll be able to see real time fee calculations on your PracticePanther payments reports. You’ll also be able to view and download a monthly report of all eCheck and credit card transaction fees for the month of May beginning June 1, 2021 (and every month thereafter).

You can view the "Batch Transaction Fee Report" by clicking "More" at the top of the page, then "Reports" and selecting the report name. Simply enter a Start and End date based on which transaction fee withdrawal you'd like a report for, and then select the withdrawal with the date of the transaction in question.

After doing so, you can see all the information you need about each related payment and the deducted fees. You'll also have the ability to download the report by clicking the printer icon at the top right of the page.

You’ll also be able to download a monthly report of all eCheck and credit card transaction fees for the month of May beginning June 1, 2021 (and every month thereafter).

Similarly, starting on May 21st you’ll also start seeing one daily deposit for all eCheck payments your firm receives instead of multiple eCheck payment deposits per day.

You’ll still continue to see one daily deposit of all credit card payments.

If you're new to PantherPayments anytime after May 21st, 2021, you will automatically be opted into monthly batch deposits and withdrawals. You will begin to see these batches in your reports after the first day of the next month since your payments approval date
