Please watch this video or follow the steps below:
1) Go to your Settings.ย
2) Select "Custom Fields".
3) When creating or editing a custom field, enable "Show Columns In List View" in order to be able to use your custom field as a column on your contacts/matters list.
4) In your list view, enable/disable columns by clicking on "Choose Columns" at the top right of the list.ย
