Managing columns in Matters

Add or remove columns, including custom fields, from your matters list.

Required Plan: Custom fields and custom field columns are available only on our Essential and Business plans. Click here to read more on our available plans.

Please watch this video or follow the steps below:

1) Go to your Settings. 

2) Select "Custom Fields".

3) When creating or editing a custom field, enable "Show Columns In List View" in order to be able to use your custom field as a column on your contacts/matters list.

4) In your list view, enable/disable columns by clicking on "Choose Columns" at the top right of the list.
