The Gmail plugin for PracticePanther makes the archiving of emails a simple matter of clicking a button. The plugin automatically finds any contacts in PracticePanther associated with the specific email address, and allows you to create new contacts, tasks and time entries in PracticePanther directly from Gmail.

The PracticePanther Add-in for Outlook makes the archiving of emails a simple matter of clicking a button. The Add-in automatically finds any contacts in PracticePanther associated with the specific email address, and allows you to create new contacts, and time entries in PracticePanther directly from Outlook.

Note: Outlook Add-ins require Office 365 or Microsoft Exchange.

You get a special MailSync email address for every contact and matter in PracticePanther. When you email your client, BCC the MailSync email address and it will automatically attach the email to PracticePanther, along with the attachments!

To find your special MailSync email address, go into the “Activities” tab in each Contact or Matter.

We only accept emails from the email address you use to log into PracticePanther. If you also send emails from other email addresses, you can add them below.
