Sometimes, you will have clients that open multiple matters/cases with you. Some clients want their invoices to contain all their matters billable time on one invoice.
To create an invoice containing multiple matter's billable time, follow these simple steps:
1) Select the contact that you want to invoice.
2) Select the green “New” button and click "Invoice".
*Note* When invoicing from the contact's page, you will be given the option to pick which matters you'd like to include on this invoice.
3) Select which matters you'd like to include on this invoice and select which date range you wish to pull time entries and expenses for.
*Note* These options will only display when multiple matters for this contact have incurred a billable amount.
What happens now?
Your invoice will automatically include the name of the matter within the description of each line item.
