To assign Tasks to another user, or multiple users, follow these simple steps:

1) Log into your PracticePanther account.

2) Click on the "Activities" tab. 


3) Select "Tasks" from the dropdown menu on the left. This will show all the Tasks in your system.


4) Select the Tasks you want to assign to other users.

5) Click on the blue dropdown with the gears icon and then click on "Edit".

6) A new window will appear, change the "Assign Attorneys" field to "Yes" and select the other users you want to assign these Tasks to.

7) Make sure you check the box at the bottom of the window and click "Save".

8) A Confirmation pop up will appear, click on "Yes".

What happens now?

All the Tasks you selected are now assigned to the users you chose.

Reassign Notes to other users

1) Click on the "Activities" tab.


2) Select "Notes" from the dropdown menu on the left. This will show all the Notes on your system.


3) Select the Notes you want to assign to other users.


4) Click on the blue dropdown with the gears icon and then click on "Edit".


5) A new window will appear, change the "Assign Attorneys" field to "Yes" and select the other users you want to assign these Notes to.


6) Make sure you check the box at the bottom of the window and click "Save".


7) A Confirmation pop up will appear, click on "Yes".

What happens now?

All the Notes you selected are now assigned to the users you chose.
