If you can't use your email to login to your new PracticePanther account because you've used it before on an old account, follow these steps to use your preferred email address as your login credential:
1) Login to your old PracticePanther account. If you don't remember your password, click on "Forgot Password" on the login screen.
2) Navigate to your User Profile in the "Settings" page.
3) Change your old account's email address by adding a +1 to the end of the local part of your email address i.e. change john@gmail.com to john+1@gmail.com.
4) Logout then login to your new PracticePanther account.
5)Navigate to your User Profile in the "Settings" page.
6) Change the email address to the desired email.
7) Click "Save".
What happens now?
You are now able to login using your original email address!
