General Ledger Report

The General Ledger report provides a detailed record of all transactions recorded in your Operating Account over a selected period. It allows you to track financial activity by account and ensures that your records are accurate and complete. This report is especially valuable for internal audits, preparing financial statements, or sharing details with your accountant.

Before generating a General Ledger report, please confirm the following:

  • Ensure your Operating Accounting has been set up and fully onboarded.

  • All relevant transactions and journal entries should be entered and correctly categorized.​

Access the General Ledger report using the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Reports > Accounting to open the list of Operating Accounting reports.

  2. Select General Ledger from the available options.

  3. The General Ledger report will display year-to-date transactions by default, showing balances as of the selected end date.

Using Filters

  • To adjust the date range use the Report Period dropdown or manually change the Start Date and End Date, then click Apply to refresh the report.

Export

  1. To export the report as an Excel (.xlsx) file, click the Export icon

    • This will download an Excel file for your review.​
