For every reconciliation you complete using PantherAccounting Plus you will have a Three-Way Reconciliation and a Detailed Reconciliation PDF report available to be printed. These will always be viewable from your Reconciliation History page, but you may also download them at any time.
Here's how:
1. Select the Accounting tab on the navigation bar and select Banks & Credit Cards.
2. From the Bank Accounts & Credit Cards page, select the desired Trust Account for which you wish to view a reconciliation.
3. From the Account Ledger page, click View Reconciliation History.
4. While viewing the reconciliation, click the folder icon under either the Detailed Reconciliation or the Three Way Reconciliation to download a PDF of the report to print.
5. A download window will appear showing the report as a PDF. Click Open File to view it.
Note: if the report does not open, ensure that pop-up blockers are disabled in your browser settings.
6. Print the Report as needed. Once the PDF is open, use your browser or PDF viewer's print function to print the report.
7. There is an option to upload the Bank Statement for each reconciliation. As a bookkeeping best practice, we recommend that you upload a copy of your bank statement to keep it associated with your monthly reconciliation.
Select the cloud icon to upload a copy of your monthly bank statement associated with the selected reconciliation.
Once uploaded, a folder icon will be displayed. Clicking on this will download the bank statement.
Note: The Three Way Reconciliation report and Detailed Reconciliation are generated automatically each month upon completion of your trust account reconciliation.
