In this article you'll learn how other users can review and sign-off on a completed reconciliation. This will add a reviewer/approver name on the reconciliation.

To digitally sign and review a Trust Reconciliation in PracticePanther, follow the steps below:

1. Click on the Accounting tab, and then click Banks & Credit Cards.

2. Click the Trust Account name for which you wish to digitally sign a reconciliation. This will open the account ledger for the selected bank.

3. From the Account Ledger, click View Reconciliation History.

4. Click the Date or Name of the reconciliation you wish to review. This will open the reconciliation.

5. After reviewing the Reconciliation Details, click Mark as Reviewed to digitally sign the completed reconciliation.

Note: The Preparer Full Name has been pre-filled based on the person who performed the reconciliation. This is not editable. The Reviewer's Full Name will be the person that reviewed the reconciliation and marked it as reviewed.

What Happens Next?

When viewing historical reconciliation both the Preparer and Reviewer will be populated appropriately.
