The new payments grid is a powerful tool that will help you easily track and organize your payments in PracticePanther. This view provides an intuitive interface that offers flexibility and personalization options when viewing your payments. In order to switch to the new payments grid, click 'Switch to Modern Grid'.
Filters
Advanced filtering allows you to select multiple dimensions by which you can search, in order to view exactly the payment records you need. Additional filters can be added or removed via the 'Filters' button on the left-hand side of the filters row. These filters will be saved between sessions so this page will default to your desired view.
Columns
The Columns button allows you to set the visible columns on your payments grid, giving you the ability to customize the data you need. There are also options to simply enable or disable all columns from the main view. The Reset to Default option will restore your columns back to the system default. The columns you select will be remembered between sessions, retaining your desired view.
Saved Reports
This exciting feature will allow you to save set filters, columns, and sorting options that can be viewed with the click of a button! Click on the "+" icon to save your current view, or access already saved reports through the dropdown menu.

Export
The Export option will allow you to extract data from PracticePanther in either CSV or PDF format. For CSV, you can choose to export just what you're looking at (Current View), or everything (All Columns), while PDF exports support Current View. Exporting allows you to share your data outside of the platform and/or perform additional data manipulation as needed.
