Using Credit Card or eCheck with PantherPayments

Your client always has the choice between paying via credit card or by eCheck. 

Paying with credit card:

Your client will be asked for the general card information and billing zip code. They will have an option to save this card for future use, granting your firm the ability to charge this card later to collect retainer payments or pay off invoices.

Paying by eCheck:

Your client will be asked to sign into their online bank and choose one of their bank accounts from which to make a payment from — no account numbers or routing numbers required! They will have an option to save this bank for future use, granting your firm the ability to charge this bank later to collect retainer payments or pay off invoices.

Note: Security is extremely important to us! PracticePanther allows eCheck payments only after your client authenticates their bank account to allow a transaction to happen. For your protection, you cannot process eCheck payments on behalf of your client. To accept payment via eCheck, please send an invoice or retainer payment request to your client from PracticePanther.
