How do I sync invoices or payments to Quickbooks?

Manually syncing individual or batches of invoices and payments to Quickbooks Online.

If you've just connected the Quickbooks Online integration, you may want to sync existing invoices and payments in PracticePanther to your Quickbooks. This can be easily done for either specific payments and invoices, or full batches to get all your information over at once.

To sync an individual invoice or payment, follow the steps below:

1. Hover your mouse over the invoice or payment and click "Sync to QB".

Note: If the item has already synced to Quickbooks Online, there will be a QB icon in place of the "Sync to QB" button which you can click to open the invoice or payment directly in Quickbooks Online.

To sync a batch of payments or invoices, follow the steps below:

1. Click the checkbox to the left of each payment or invoice you want to sync to Quickbooks Online.

Note: You can click the checkbox at the top left of the list to select all payments or invoices in the list.

2. Click the "# items selected" menu and then click "Sync to QB".

What happens now?

All selected invoices and payments will sync to your connected Quickbooks Online account.
